Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pioneering an extraordinarily heavy, instrumental crossover sound, the Dutch trio crafted an abrasive monolith devoid of traditional vocals. 'Mean Man's Dream' operates on a foundation of repetitive, bludgeoning sludge riffs that anticipate the future trajectories of post-metal and noise rock. Produced with a severe, unforgiving tone, the record earned them immense respect in both hardcore and extreme metal circles.
