Album Notes & Community Reviews

Standing as the final studio effort to feature founding bassist Allen Woody prior to his tragic passing, 'Life Before Insanity' is a potent showcase of modern blues-rock power. Warren Haynes' gritty vocals and fiery guitar work are propelled by an incredibly tight rhythm section. The band expertly navigates the space between tightly constructed songs and extensive, free-flowing jams.
