Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deeply immersed in the teachings of Aleister Crowley, the legendary British rhythm and blues pioneer crafted an ambitious, ritualistic concept album. The sprawling suites merge aggressive jazz-rock improvisation and heavy Hammond organ with complex, occult-themed incantations. Although commercially unsuccessful, its deeply esoteric atmosphere cemented his status as a mystical outlier in the early progressive scene.
