Album Notes & Community Reviews
Ditching the sprawling rock-opera format of their mid-career peak, the punk veterans deliver a brief, twenty-six-minute collection of hand-clapping glam rock and garage-pop pastiche. The album features heavily filtered vocals and overtly retro stylistic choices, actively marketed with the slogan 'No Features. No Swedish Songwriters. No Trap Beats'. Despite their intentions for a carefree party record, it was met with significant critical and fan disappointment.
