Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Vermont-based songwriter's debut is a strikingly dynamic blend of slacker-rock distortion and alt-country twang, heavily indebted to 1990s lo-fi acts. The deeply cathartic record violently juxtaposes acoustic, slowcore-inspired balladry against massive, blown-out guitar noise, guided by a strained, emotionally raw vocal performance.
