Greg Freeman

Biography

Burlington, Vermont singer-songwriter whose alt-country songs pair diaristic, darkly funny writing with loose, guitar-driven indie rock. His self-released debut 'I Looked Out' (2022) became a word-of-mouth success, and 'Burnover' (2025) expanded his palette with horns and strings. A third album, 'All Set the Bone', arrived in 2026. Freeman's songs dwell on breakups, dead-end jobs and New England winters, delivered in a conversational drawl over arrangements that veer between country shuffle and noisy rock.
