Album Notes & Community Reviews

Attempting to adapt to the highly synthesized landscape of the early 1980s, the beloved German progressive rock ensemble underwent a significant commercial pivot. 'Razzia' largely abandons their epic, symphonic krautrock suites in favor of shorter, radio-friendly pop-rock arrangements featuring prominent digital keyboards and German lyrics. The record drastically polarized their dedicated fan base while marking the end of their classic progressive era.
