Album Notes & Community Reviews

Wrapped in iconic comic-book packaging, the British trio's fifth album finds Tony McPhee steering their blues-rock foundation into increasingly complex, progressive territories. The tracks are characterized by dense, multi-tracked guitar fuzz and bleak, apocalyptic lyrics concerning existential dread and environmental collapse. It perfectly reflects the era's rising global anxieties through an uncompromising, heavy musical lens.
