Assembling material spanning over fifteen years of scattered recording sessions, Liz Harris crafted an incredibly intimate and vulnerable folk record. Foregoing the heavy reverb and tape loops of her ambient masterworks, the project centers strictly on raw, lo-fi acoustic guitar and her hushed, melancholic vocals. It presents a starkly unadorned, deeply comforting portrait of nostalgia and quiet longing.
