Album Notes & Community Reviews

This legendary collaboration merges Harold Budd's minimalist, soft-pedal piano treatments with the unmistakable ethereal wave architecture of the Cocteau Twins. The record is a profoundly soothing, nocturnal journey through lush ambient soundscapes and Elizabeth Fraser's soaring, wordless vocal improvisations. It is an intensely melancholic, hypnotic milestone that blurs the lines between dream pop and new age.
