Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stripping extreme metal down to its most primitive, hypnotic core, 'The Most Ancient Ones' is a punishing blast of raw Ukrainian black metal. The album employs unrelenting, machine-like drumming and dense, monotonous riffing to evoke a freezing, desolate winter landscape.
