Album Notes & Community Reviews
Moving beyond their strict focus on Northern European antiquity, the experimental folk collective incorporates ancient linguistic traditions and instrumentation from Rome, Egypt, and beyond. 'Drif' unfolds as a hypnotic, deeply ritualistic auditory experience, driven by trance-inducing percussion and throat singing.
