Discombobulated

Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'Discombobulated', the quartet Hen Ogledd channels contemporary political and personal crises through a wildly inventive sound, described as their most complex yet accessible work. The album merges freaky electronic folk-rock and politically charged psych-pop with elements of jazz and Krautrock, using its varied production to explore themes of protest, life cycles, and mental wellbeing in a chaotic world. Meditations on dissent and the future are woven into a soundscape that is both a document of its time and a strangely timeless, boundary-pushing statement.
