Album Notes & Community Reviews

Breaking into the American mainstream, the Finnish 'love metal' act's fifth album polishes their gloomy, romantic aesthetic for a wider alternative rock audience. Frontman Ville Valo's poetic, nocturnal lyricism is framed by hook-laden hard rock arrangements, resulting in the first Finnish album to be certified Gold in the United States.
