Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following their massive commercial crossover, the Finnish 'love metal' band HIM took a surprisingly dark and abrasive turn with 'Venus Doom'. The heavy album distinctly incorporates the crushing, slow tempos of traditional doom metal into their sweeping, highly romanticized gothic rock formula.
