Album Notes & Community Reviews

Can bassist and tape-editing genius Holger Czukay pioneered the extensive use of shortwave radio sampling and found-sound collage on his brilliant second solo album. 'Movies' is an incredibly playful, wonderfully surreal, and highly rhythmic Krautrock masterpiece that seamlessly blends experimental electronic editing with deeply warm, melodic art-rock instrumentation.
