Album Notes & Community Reviews
Continuing to use their mixtape series as a testing ground for unconventional ideas, the band plunges deeply into ambient drone and musique concr猫te methodologies. 'Mixtape Volume 3' largely strips away traditional drum-and-guitar interplay to favor extended, texture-focused soundscapes and microtonal tension. The project reflects a studious engagement with academic experimental music while retaining the collective's improvisational edge.
