Album Notes & Community Reviews

Reflecting the rapidly changing landscape of the mid-60s folk revival, the Canadian duo began gently expanding their sound beyond stark acoustic arrangements. 'So Much for Dreaming' incorporates subtle electric instrumentation and country-rock flourishes while maintaining the breathtaking, interlocking vocal harmonies that defined their early success. The record serves as a pivotal transitional document toward their fully electric country-rock incarnation.
