Album Notes & Community Reviews

This recording exhaustively compiles the fiercely complex, entirely acoustic piano compositions of the legendary avant-garde composer Iannis Xenakis[cite: 1]. Expertly performed by Aki Takahashi, the album showcases his highly mathematical, profoundly dissonant approach to stochastic music, demanding incredible technical virtuosity to execute the massive, atonal clusters[cite: 1].
