Album Notes & Community Reviews
Iggy Pop's 'Party' placed his punk-rooted persona inside a brighter and more commercially oriented early-1980s rock setting. The album reflects his Arista period's attempts to balance eccentric performance, radio-friendly production, and traces of his earlier confrontational identity.
