Illusion 9

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Illusion 9' is the new album by the Gdańsk band formed in 1992 by Tomasz Lipnicki, Jerzy Rutkowski and Paweł Herbasch, a lineup completed by bassist Jarosław Śmigiel that has remained unchanged ever since. Produced by Tomasz Zalewski and recorded at Prusiewicz Studio, its ten songs return to the band's classic style of thick, heavy riffs and Helmet-like rhythmic figures. Announced by the single 'Świata skraj', the album tells stories of love, hatred, death and life, and of man as the creator of both hell and heaven on Earth.
