Album Notes & Community Reviews

Masterminded by legendary producer Patrick Adams and featuring the immense vocal power of Jocelyn Brown, this release is an undisputed high-water mark of the Salsoul Records catalog. The album flawlessly transitions the lush, orchestral arrangements of 1970s disco into the tighter, synthesizer-heavy boogie grooves that dominated the 1980s. Highlighted by the iconic club anthem 'Moment of My Life', the record is an essential text of post-disco R&B.
