Album Notes & Community Reviews

Sam Beam's first collection of original material in years finds the acclaimed songwriter operating at the peak of his lush, chamber folk capabilities. Backed by elegant string arrangements and warm acoustic fingerpicking, the album radiates a deeply pastoral and surprisingly optimistic atmosphere. It is a profoundly calm, melodic, and emotionally reassuring entry into his vast catalog.
