Album Notes & Community Reviews

Reforming after a four-year hiatus, Iron Butterfly updated their heavy psychedelic origins with a more streamlined hard rock approach on 'Scorching Beauty'. The album attempts to integrate mid-70s progressive and glam rock textures, though it struggled to capture the massive commercial momentum of their early career.
