Album Notes & Community Reviews
Released shortly after their comeback record, 'Sun and Steel' represents Iron Butterfly's final studio album. The band abandons much of their psychedelic legacy in favor of a heavily melodic, straightforward hard rock approach, though it ultimately failed to resonate with contemporary audiences.
