Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking the beginning of Blaze Bayley's polarizing tenure as lead vocalist, 'The X Factor' is the darkest, most somber album in the Iron Maiden catalog. The band moves toward highly introspective, progressive metal structures, focusing heavily on ominous themes of war, death, and internal struggle.
