Album Notes & Community Reviews

The North Carolina-based guitarist continues his meticulous excavation of obscure Southern folk and blues traditionals on his third studio album. Utilizing subtle full-band arrangements for the first time, his warm vocal delivery reinterprets archaic work songs and sea shanties with remarkable contemporary grace.
