Album Notes & Community Reviews

The final album featuring the guitar virtuoso Joe Walsh, this record finds the trio refining their muscular blues-rock sound into a more melodic and song-oriented direction. While still anchored by heavy riffs and the group's signature energy, the tracklist incorporates softer textures and piano-driven ballads, signaling Walsh's eventual move toward sophisticated, mainstream rock. It serves as a polished conclusion to one of the most exciting power-trio eras of the period.
