Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his departure from the Mahavishnu Orchestra, keyboardist Jan Hammer assembled his own group to further explore the intersection of advanced jazz harmony and rock dynamics. The record heavily features Hammer's pioneering use of the Moog synthesizer, often mimicking the tone and phrasing of an electric guitar.
