Album Notes & Community Reviews

Before founding The Youngbloods and becoming a staple of the Californian folk-rock scene, Jesse Colin Young released 'Young Blood', an intimate, mostly acoustic solo debut. He blends intricate, bluesy fingerpicking with an unusually warm, smooth tenor vocal style, tackling traditional folk standards alongside early original compositions. It is a highly polished, deeply appealing artifact of the Greenwich Village folk revival.
