Recorded during a specialized European theater tour, the band notably ditched their heavy rhythm section for an almost entirely acoustic presentation. Ian Anderson reimagines the group's massive progressive catalog into intimate, folk-driven pieces, heavily emphasizing flute and acoustic guitar. The experiment served to highlight the traditional British folk roots underlying their expansive, classic rock compositions.
