Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded live in concert, 'Oleo' showcases the multi-instrumentalist leading his 'Po Music' ensemble through a rigorous and highly textural exploration of free jazz. The project emphasizes the concept of 'Provocation' (Po), prioritizing emotional communication and intuitive listening over structured, traditional chord progressions. The performance stands as a critical document of the European-supported American avant-garde jazz movement during its era.
