Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded at the prestigious MPS studios in Germany, the legendary guitarist delivered an incredibly fluid, virtuosic masterclass in traditional jazz phrasing. Backed by a stellar European rhythm section featuring Eberhard Weber, the tracks traverse swinging standards and deeply relaxed, bossa-inflected grooves. It is widely considered one of the most pristine and technically flawless recordings of his remarkably prolific career.
