Album Notes & Community Reviews
Clarke's debut album was assembled by producer Martin Hannett from live recordings, demos and rehearsal tapes, its twenty three tracks capturing the Salford poet's stage act rather than a studio performance. It includes 'Kung Fu International' and '(I Married A) Monster from Outer Space', and Clarke later disowned the record as an unrepresentative snapshot of his act.
