Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Lacrosse' is one of Zorn's game pieces, a rule based system in which the players cue and veto each other's improvisations, preserved here in seven takes recorded in New York and San Francisco. The standalone edition pairs the disc taped at WKCR radio with the 'Twins Version' recorded on the West Coast, over one hundred minutes of music first issued inside 'The Parachute Years' box set.
