Album Notes & Community Reviews

Composed by John Zorn for a trio of acoustic guitarists featuring Julian Lage, Gyan Riley, and Bill Frisell. The instrumental suite draws profound conceptual inspiration from the life and teachings of Saint Francis of Assisi, resulting in a remarkably peaceful, technically intricate, and warmly meditative avant-folk presentation.
