Trumpeter Jon Hassell and producer Brian Eno officially inaugurated the 'Fourth World' aesthetic with this profoundly hypnotic, groundbreaking collaboration. 'Possible Musics' fuses deeply processed, microtonal trumpet improvisations with exotic tribal percussion and synthesizer drones, creating a wonderfully mysterious, warm, and highly surreal tropical ambient atmosphere.
