Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Ric Ocasek, 'I'm So Confused' represents a surprisingly polished, highly melodic turn for the typically lo-fi, idiosyncratic singer-songwriter. The album showcases Jonathan Richman's characteristically innocent, earnest vocal delivery, applied to a collection of deeply melancholic, largely acoustic-driven pop rock songs regarding romantic uncertainty.
