Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the title explicitly suggests, the famously eccentric Modern Lovers frontman travelled to Missouri to record a charming, unpretentious album of traditional country music. His distinctive, wide-eyed vocal delivery breathes fresh, humorous life into both classic covers and original honky-tonk compositions.
