Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the sophomore effort for the San Francisco rock outfit, this record captures them before their pivot towards massive arena-rock commerciality. Led by former Santana guitarist Neal Schon, the band deeply explores extended, jam-oriented progressive rock structures infused with a heavy jazz-rock undercurrent. The sprawling eight-minute title track stands as one of their most ambitious early compositions.
