With a heavily revamped lineup featuring future Whitesnake guitarist Micky Moody, Juicy Lucy delivered their third album of aggressive, southern-inflected British blues-rock. 'Get a Whiff a This' tones down some of the raucous psychedelia of their earlier work in favor of a tighter, more traditional boogie and roots-rock sound. Despite the formidable instrumental talent on display, the group would disband shortly after its release.
