Album Notes & Community Reviews
A landmark release for Finnish fusion, 'Information' seamlessly blends aggressive jazz-rock improvisation with highly complex, avant-prog compositional structures. The guitarist leads a formidable ensemble through unpredictable time shifts and dissonant harmonic explorations, eschewing commercial accessibility for serious musical inquiry. The record is widely regarded as a brilliant, uncompromised document of the Scandinavian jazz underground.
