Album Notes & Community Reviews

Constructed almost entirely from looped layers of her own voice, Julianna Barwick's 'The Magic Place' is a stunning work of ambient choral music. Without using intelligible lyrics, she creates a profound sense of emotion and space. It feels like a sanctuary of pure sound.
