Album Notes & Community Reviews

Ben Watkins continues to relentlessly expand the sonic parameters of the Goa trance movement with this globally ambitious fifth album. 'Shango' heavily integrates live tribal percussion and prominent acoustic guitar riffs from Steve Stevens alongside the group's signature pulsating, high-BPM sequencer lines. The project stands as a dark, deeply cinematic fusion of organic world music and aggressive electronic trance.
