Album Notes & Community Reviews

The notoriously reclusive, fully independent New York MC returned with another fiercely uncompromising and completely drumless hip-hop masterclass. Handling the majority of the production himself, Ka utilizes incredibly sparse, haunting guitar loops to underscore his hushed, highly complex verses regarding systemic trauma, survival, and religious devotion. It solidified his standing as one of the most revered and poetic lyricists in the modern underground.
