Album Notes & Community Reviews
Also known internationally as the Warsaw Village Band, this Polish collective radicalized traditional Eastern European music for a modern audience. 'Wiosna Ludu' utilizes ancient instruments and the piercing, dissonant 'white voice' singing technique, layering them over hypnotic, almost trance-like rhythmic structures that bridge the gap between historic folklore and modern psychedelia.
