Album Notes & Community Reviews
'The Dreaming Sea' is the solo debut of Karen Matheson, the voice of Capercaillie, and it draws its repertoire from the Scottish Gaelic song tradition. Stepping away from her band's folk-rock frame, she sings these 貌rain over spare arrangements that keep the language and melody in front.
