Album Notes & Community Reviews
Showcasing a remarkably tight ensemble anchored by formidable horn arrangements, 'Seventy Second Brave' finds the veteran drumming bandleader steering his group through potent blues-rock territory. The project seamlessly integrates deep jazz-rock improvisations and driving funk rhythms, expanding the boundaries of traditional British blues. It effectively captures the high-caliber musicianship that defined the era's brass-heavy rock collectives.
