Album Notes & Community Reviews

Two absolute titans of the American experimental noise underground reunite for an overwhelmingly dense, intensely challenging double album. 'The Abyss' utilizes heavily manipulated tape loops, terrifying analog synthesizer feedback, and highly abrasive contact microphone recordings to construct a profoundly dark, deeply ominous auditory void. It stands as a brilliantly avant-garde, remarkably piercing, and fiercely unapologetic noise masterwork.
