Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced entirely by DJ Paul and Juicy J of Three 6 Mafia, the record epitomizes the murky, lo-fi aesthetic of the 1990s Memphis underground. The rapid-fire, triplet-based flow of the MC cuts through sinister, horror-inspired synthesizer loops and extremely heavy bass programming. It stands as a foundational regional classic that heavily influenced the stylistic trajectory of Southern hip-hop.
